Open Goal Consulting was founded by Martin Fearon to give clubs, charities and not-for-profit organisations access to practical support grounded in real delivery experience.
Alongside Open Goal Consulting, Martin is CEO of Accrington Stanley Community Trust, which he has led since 2011. Through that employed role, he has helped grow the organisation from an £89,000 annual turnover to more than £1.5m and led the development of the £5m Stanley Sports Hub. Open Goal Consulting is a separate business, and these achievements are referenced solely as part of Martin’s professional experience.
